Jewellery from the website’s categories must be ordered and paid for by credit card in a secure manner. If, for any reason, the product you selected is out of stock, your credit card will be immediately refunded, and you will also receive a phone call from us regarding the matter.
Please ensure that you fill in all your contact details as well as the shipping information accurately to avoid the product being sent to the wrong address. The responsibility for providing the correct address lies solely with the customer.
Israeli law states that only the credit card holder may provide credit card details; no one else may do so on their behalf, regardless of their relationship.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns or exchanges of jewelry are allowed within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the jewelry is new, unused, and free of defects or damage. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Items may be returned for a refund in accordance with the return policy within 14 days of receiving the item by mail, provided that they have not been used, are not damaged or defective, and with a receipt, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010.
No credit voucher will be issued for a second or subsequent exchange for the same transaction. Customized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Product:
The company makes every effort and conducts quality control checks before shipping the jewelry. However, it is possible that a defective product may be mistakenly sent.
In the event of receiving a defective product or any other issue with the item, it is important to notify us immediately through the website or via email, including a photo of the defective product. After the defect is confirmed, we will request that the jewelry be sent back to us by registered mail only. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment or refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase or via PayPal, according to the processing times of the respective credit companies.
Direct card payments cannot be refunded to the card; holders of direct cards are eligible to receive a refund on the website only.
Please note, refunds will only be issued for products paid in full on the website. In cases of promotions, the refund will be based on the actual purchase price, not the current website price.
