Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the jewelry is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010.
No store credit will be issued for second or subsequent exchanges on the same transaction.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be published on this page.

Defective Product:
Each item is inspected prior to shipment. However, a defective product may rarely be shipped in error.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately via email and include a photo.
Once the defect is confirmed, you’ll be asked to return the product via registered mail. Upon receiving it, we will coordinate a replacement or issue a refund, as per your choice.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) according to their processing timelines.
Debit card holders (Direct) will receive store credit only.
Refunds will be given only for items paid in full on the website. For discounted items, the refund amount will reflect the actual purchase price, not the current full price.

Plating Warranty:
Jewelry is delicate by nature and must be treated with care.
We offer a 6-month warranty on 2-micron gold plating.
Sterling silver (925) items can be cleaned and polished if needed.
