What you’ll need:
A pen, a ruler with millimeters, and a thin string.
Wrap the string around the finger you want to measure (we recommend doing this at the end of the day).
Leave a little room so the string can move slightly over the widest part of your finger.
Mark the point where the two ends of the string meet.
Measure the string from end to end using the millimeter side of the ruler.
Compare the result to the sizes listed in the chart below.
