We want you to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing a product from us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 5 days from the receiving date of the product.

• Items returned without a notice will not be accepted.
• Returning a product will be possible with in 14 days from the receiving date. The product must be new, unworn, unused or damaged and will be in its original package.
• Returning a personalized product:

         We regret that special and personalized order items are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made.

• Returns are inspected and processed within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended.
• Damaged product:

        If by mistake a product was sent to you and arrived damaged, please accept our deepest apology and contact us immediately
        for further instructions. 

• Credit is issued to your original method of payment.
• We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 14-day return period.
• Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping charges. 
• For international customers we accept returns and exchanges. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Order Cancelation –

1. Special and personalized order items can not be cancelled once made.
2. you can cancel an order within 10 hour free of cancellation fee.
3. Between 10-24 hours you will be charged with 10% cancellation fee.
4. If the cancellation is made 24-36 hours after order was placed, there would be a 50% cancellation fee.

Delivery & Shipping

We are doing our best to check each and every product in order to make sure it is perfectly shipped and wrapped.

Making your jewel:
The time to make the jewel can be changed from style to style. Some can be shipped out within 3-4 days, while other orders may take 7 working days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping Methods & Time
All orders are shipped from Israel.

There are a few shipping methods that are available for your convenient.

* Self-Pickup from Tel Aviv: You may place an order and collect it by prior arrangement – free of charge.

* Door to door Delivery (within Israel): Available at a cost of 35 ILS. Delivery within up to 5 business days.

* International Shipping – Eco Post: Delivery within up to 10 business days, includes tracking. Cost: 60 ILS.
